The calm layer of the CAQA family.
CAQA Incidents exists so that a bad day at work is met with a good system.
Built by people who answer to regulators too.
CAQA Incidents is the incident-management arm of CAQA Groups, developed by Career Calling International Pty Ltd from Craigieburn, Victoria. We build for education and service organisations because that is where we work every day — environments where a privacy slip, a workplace injury or a service failure carries regulatory weight as well as human cost.
The product view is simple: an incident tool should lower the temperature of a difficult moment, not raise it. Screens stay calm, language stays plain, and the system quietly insists on the things that matter later — evidence, ownership, deadlines and verified closure.
Part of the GRC family — CAQA Incidents works hand in hand with CAQA GRC, where incidents meet risk, compliance and governance.
Composed by design
No sirens, no red dashboards for the sake of drama. Clear status, next step and owner — that is what a hard day needs.
Evidence first
Decisions are documented as they are made, so the record you show a regulator is the record you actually worked from.
Closure is earned
An incident is finished when the corrective action is verified — not when the form is filed.
Part of the CAQA ERP suite
Incidents talk to the rest of your operation.
CAQA Incidents is built as part of the CAQA ERP suite, alongside CAQA GRC — so incidents, risks and obligations stay part of the same conversation instead of living in separate systems.
Bring your current incident register to a walkthrough.
We will show you how it looks as one calm system — capture to closure, with your own categories and owners.
